Dr. Jessica Del Vita received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Marymount Manhattan College in 1999, her Master’s degree in Counseling from Fordham University in 2001, and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 2009. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Psychoanalysis from New York University’s Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.

Dr Del Vita served as Supervising Psychologist and Training Director at Fordham University’s Counseling and Psychological Services from 2009 to 2023 where she offered psychotherapy to a diverse student body presenting with a wide variety of concerns. In her role as Training Director, she supervised and trained psychology interns, externs, and medical residents and fellows.

Dr. Del Vita has been in private practice since 2011 and founded Delve Psychotherapy in 2023. She is licensed as a Psychologist in the State of New York (#019333). Dr. Del Vita can offer psychotherapy in Italian.
